Dinner at Del Posto in Rye the other day… was really looking forward to their crab lasagna but we could taste more cheese than crab… 😔 sadness … it still tasted nice but I was expecting more The other dishes were also a bit of a hit and miss, big kiddo’s spaghetti was overly rich and salty and the baked scallops were tiny but the highlight was small kiddo’s swordfish -that was really delicious, so was the croquettes

Friday night at 7 we got the only table available - so make a booking! The food is amazing but a bit overpriced and the portions where not the regular Italian restaurant size - a dinner for 2 (2 starters, 2 glasses of red 🍷, 2 mains and one shared dessert) was $190! Overall a nice experience!

This restaurant lived up its reputation. The squid ink lasagna and pork scotch were really good! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rye

A great local find. Food is delicious and the aromas fill the restaurant. In our visit only two secondi options Duck & fish which was a bit limiting. The restaurant is incredibly noisy, you can barely hear yourself talk which I’m not a huge fan of. Would have stayed longer and spent more if ambience was more enjoyable. Tables with wall seating could use more back support. Overall enjoyable experience.

Such delicious food! I was only able to take 1 photo because everyone dug in too quickly. It was fresh and tasted amazing. The staff were all incredibly friendly & attentive. We shared the croquettes, fried potatoes & rigatoni. I would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

You won’t find better on the Southern Peninsula. The dining is just fantastic. The food is matched with a wonderful selection of wines, family friendly service and a warm atmosphere. Love ❤️

The lamb shoulder gnocchis …. AMAZING !! like a marshmallow texture. One of the best I’ve had!! Also, service was amazing. Good banter with the guys running the place !! Lovely staff !
